Been having weak and intermittent signal since weekend in LL28 area. Got a new phone yesterday and still didn’t improve problem. Still struggling between 2, 3, and 4 bars with occasional 5 and no corresponding improvement. No idea how to resolve it, but it’s really annoying!

Hi @Gwen93,

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing these fluctuating signals recently. At least the checks you've done seem to suggest it's unlikely to be an issue with the phones themselves. You can check if we're aware of any issues with our Network Status Checker here.

If the issues have been persisting for a few days now, we'd recommend to get in touch here, the team can run through some further diagnostics and look for solutions or an update on any known issues in your area.

Thanks,
Jonathan
