      <description>&lt;P&gt;The broadband connection has been really bad in RG1 area for the past 4 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Had anyone managed to get through to customer services to get a resolution to these problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or a call number to speak to anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have done that. It does say that work is being done but no updates and no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;asking for an update as to when this will be fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
