    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I've bought two Go Roam passes and in Austria. I've had a text advising the Go Roam pass is active and one shows as having been activated on my account but I cannot use SMS or internet (sending this post via hotel WiFi). I have not used my full allowance and I have tried changing the network manually. Still no access to the internet. I had intended to rely on the internet access for my trip, as Three's information assured me that the pass would activate automatically. I&amp;nbsp;purchased a 7 day ticket for travel online which I cannot access without the internet, so yesterday I ended up walking for about 4 hours to try and find the hotel I had booked as my phone ran out of Charge while I was trying to contact Three. I couldn't buy a physical ticket as my card was locked due to unusual activity (probably purchasing something abroad) and again because I had no internet access I couldn't log into my app to unlock the card. I've been trying to contact someone this morning to help but three live chat won't put me through to an agent. Could someone please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
