What ports are blocked?

I am trying to use steam link which uses the port 3478. It won’t connect using mobile data but it will using wifi.

I have tested the port on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and it says the port it closed. Is there a reason for this?

Welcome to the Three Community. I'll do my best to help.

Just to check, I'm assuming you're connecting over Three using your mobile, rather than a MiFi or Home Router?

And the Wi-Fi connection you've mentioned that is working fine is with a different provider?

I don't have access to what ports are open/closed for mobile data connections, but I will see if I can find anything helpful out about that.

This situation reminds me of another where a user couldn't use remote play features with PS5.

In that case changing the APN to 3internet got this working. three.co.uk is the default one for phone SIMs but sometimes has issues with more specialised uses. 3internet is the APN for Broadband services, so it may work better for you here.
