The network status checker needs a caveat that it is not always reliable. According to the NSC 3 are "fixing an issue with our network in this area". I have had this message for the last 8 weeks following on from at least 3 months last year. I have 11 months of my contract left and wonder if work will be done before it expires.

I will try the social media team and see if they have an answer or will fob me off with another 7 days credit.

Hi, are there network problems in the Lincolnshire area? Nobody can hear me when I call them. However, can hear me when I call them using WhatsApp?
