      <title>New User NR5103E</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am new user of an NR5103E Router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seems to be a minimal Connection to the 5G network although THREE claim I should have good access (As their is a 5G tower about 1/2 a mile away - which I think is being used/shared by EE and THREE networks).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Router is currently positioned on a window sill in the Lounge and is currently receiving a GOOD 4G Connection the Firmware level has recently updated to 'V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12'..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have changed the 'Cellular Band' setting from 'NR5G-SA/NR5G-NSA/4G' to '4G' (I.e Force 4G Connection for now) and getting somewhat acceptable internet speed (averaging 40/50 meg) - although this is well down on what I was Quoted/Expecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would welcome any suggestions re improving connection/speed or obtaining the somewhat elusive 5G connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
