I have network issues been like this every days for 3 months now. Very annoying as three don't have any knowedge of when it will be fixed!

I check my three network status and I get this every days for 3 months now!

We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area

We’re sorry for any disruption you experience. Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual.

Updates on our work will be posted here.

I ordered 3 NR5103E router as I'd noticed on my other router that I was getting a really good connection with Three. It worked well for two days then there was a network issue. Why can't Three give an indication as to when it will be fixed?

Hi @Firelorick65, @bulldog555,

I'm sorry to hear that you're both being affected by network issues where we haven't supplied an estimated fix date. In general, there can be a few reasons for this. We may be working on multiple overlapping masts affecting coverage and capacity in a wider area, 3rd party suppliers, local authorities, and land owners may be involved making planning and permissions more complicated, or we may be awaiting specialist parts.

I'll send you each a private message to get you in touch with the team that @sc1999 mentioned, they may be able to provide a little more detail or estimates, as well as look into any further options we have to help support you through our policies for network issues and coverage.
