&lt;P&gt;Are you still experiencing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, can you give us a little more info so we can hopefully understand what's happening a little better?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you say your number doesn't work, are you getting no signal, or are there any error messages displaying on your phone? Or is it an issue with making or receiving calls specifically?&lt;/P&gt;
