    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;have tried your suggestion, still no joy , message still comes up can’t recognise number etc.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;have tried this before at 3 shop and in yesterdays phone call.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;yes frustrated probably isn’t a strong enough word!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;regards&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Nellie&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can’t receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Migrated from 02 last week, can make calls, receive and send texts etc but CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have been into store three times with promises will be sorted by next day but still no good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had anyone any idea how to resolve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First of all - welcome to Three&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":red_heart:"&gt;❤️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's so strange that you can do everything bar make calls - let's take a look at that. Can you tell us exactly what happens when someone tries to call you, ie. is there an automated error message etc.? Is your ported number also showing in your settings correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, if you let me know what make/model of phone you have that would also be amazing.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;thanks for your reply. When someone tries to call me, they get a message to say number is not recognised, please check number and dial again,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;my phone is Apple 12se and number shows correctly in settings. Can still do everything except receive calls.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;spent an hour yesterday speaking to advisor who tried everything he knew. I suggested , along with other things, that it maybe a problem with the ports in migration from 02. The conversation ended by saying he would speak to a colleague and ring back to my husbands phone within the hour.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;needless to say still waiting.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;any suggestions you have would be much appreciated.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;regards&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Nellie&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's super frustrating so it's no wonder you're reaching out here. I know this is going to sound absolutely ridiculous but can you please try doing a soft reset of your iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do this simply press and quickly release the Volume up button &amp;gt; press and quickly release the Volume down button &amp;gt; press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please come back to me here if there's no joy after doing that.&lt;/P&gt;
