Hi, is the sim PAYG? If yes, are you in credit or is it a sim that you have not used in a while as old PAYG had to used once in a while to remain active.

Every 180 days it must be used with a chargeable call; don't think any SIM provides "massages" though 🙂

Hey @Tina-22,

As was suggested by @sc1999 and @Geluk the SIM may have been deactivated if you've not made any chargeable usage for over 180 days. If you contact the PAYG team or pop into a Three store with photo ID they should be able to confirm this for certain though, or if the SIM seems to be faulty they can replace it for you.
