      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone got an email address for complaints, as I need to have proof of a registered email being sent before I start an official complaint with ofcom?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feed up with the customer service giving incorrect numbers to sort out 3 pay issue, they caused by changing how the cap works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
