I changed my Lebara Sim to Three Contract Sim, but it’s not changed. They gave me the new three Sim Number. What should I do?

Have you asked Lebara foe a pac code? You need this to transfer your number from Lebara to 3.

Hi @Jagan,

We do supply a new number with every contract, even if it's just temporary till your number switches. As @sc1999 mentioned have you given us a PAC from Lebara? If so, when did you do this, and did we confirm the transfer date?
