    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not had access to the internet via mobile data for the last 10 days. &amp;nbsp;I have spent many hours in conversation with Three advisors, have had a new SIM card installed, had diagnostic tests carried out by Apple, and reset my iPhone to factory settings (on their advice). &amp;nbsp;Was finally advised on 26 May it was a ‘network problem’ that was being worked on and that other people had reported it. &amp;nbsp;How long is this going to continue and what is being done?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My network problem is ongoing for nearly 2 years. Three are putting all their efforts into upgrading their transmitters to deliver 5G even though few people have 5G devices. It seems they simply don't care about their reputation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
