Hi there.

Welcome to Three Community.

There's a couple of other ways you can get the lock removed. You can have the team do a check on Experian, the credit reference agency. If you want to do that, just pop through on whichever option is best for you here.

The other option is to pop into a local Three Store. You'll need one of the following forms of ID if you want to do that - A full or provisional drivers / HGV license, a UK or International Passport, or a Nationally recognised ID card.
