My 3 is not getting connected to internet thru mobile data

Apparently ongoing issues with network and masts.
I have been trying to get answers for the last 3 days. It’s going to be resolved by end of play tonight. May also be fine now ish.
the advice I was given was.
phone off and reset.
switch on and the. Turn into airplane mode and Wi-Fi off for a minute. Then airplane mode back off.
turn around three times and shout abracadabra. (The last bit is optional)

seems to have worked for me though and data now working.

me too, internet hasn't been working for more than 4 hours now
