Pay as you go roaming

Hi, Just activated my £10 prepaid 'pay as you go' sim here in the UK which is intended for use on my holiday in the USA starting Monday. I have no information regarding it's use other than switching on roaming. In addition to the data, it says unlimited calls and text. Does this mean unlimited calls and text to the UK from the US? Also, what about receiving calls from the uk?

I would also appreciate an info regarding it's use that you can provide such as do's and don't's regarding usage in America.

You'd be better off buying a SIM when Stateside.
