In Cyprus and can’t call or access any help

I am in Cyprus and want to be able to call and access voicemail. Followed all guidance to set up and getting ‘this is not possible’ message. Same message when I use the various methods to try to contact 3. Usually no oribkem abroad. Totally stuck. Can you help? Thank you.

Did you set up your v/mail PIN, whilst in UK, so you can access messages remotely?

Hi @Janemudd,

Are you unable to call any number or specifically our short numbers like 333? If you try +44 7782 333 333 from abroad this should usually get you in touch.

Similarly +44 7782 333 123 can be used to call Voicemail from abroad, as @Geluk mentioned you do need to have set up your pin whilst you were still in the UK to use the service though.

One thing to be aware of is that Cyprus is a Go Roam destination, but North Cyprus isn't, so although you can connect from there, the rates can be very expensive for calls, messages, and data.

Are you having issues calling all numbers? Does this persist if you dial them with the international code +44 (for UK numbers) instead of the 0?
