Hey @Teddyk,

We had some prior issues with PSN where users found changing the APN to three.co.uk was working, but more recently and the more reliable solution seems to be as described on: <LI-MESSAGE title="FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection" uid="14851" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/FYI-IPv6-Prevented-VPN-Connection/m-p/14851#U14851" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE>

On that thread other NR5103E users are reporting that setting the APN manually to 3internet and to use IPv4 only is fixing this. Not sure which of the two threads you were referring to?

You might also find enabling UPNP helps here.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Playstation wont connect to hub

So both mine and my housemates playstations have stopped connecting to the 5g hub on the same day. I rang up and three are trying to pass the buck onto playstation which is impossible as it works when tethering to an iphone and the fact that both playstations have lost connection simultaneously. I have done many system resets on both appliances. My 5g hub model is the NR5103E. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

sidenote - i’ve seen the thread on changing the apn but that hasnt seemed to have worked for me.
