&lt;P&gt;We'll do our best to help, but I'm not completely clear on what's happening from reading your post. Have you been able to view your bill on your My3? Is it a case that your monthly cost is different from what you signed up to, or are there extra charges on the bill that you weren't expecting?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can let us know a bit more detail then we'll be best placed to help.&lt;/P&gt;
