&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that your mother in law is running into these issues with receiving calls since the number port. Hopefully this has all started working in the last 24 hours, however just in case it's not, I'll PM you some info to get you in touch with more help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Porting issue from O2 to 3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, help needed please. My mother in law has ported her number across from O2 virgin to 3. Can make outbound but cannot receive. Tried contacting 3 who stated to put phone into flight mode, leave like this for 30 mins and it will work. Its not worked. This is Android so any help anyone can give would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
