      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed all of the instructions on the My3 app (switched it on from settings on my phone and the app) but, whenever I leave the Wi-Fi, my data doesn’t work and I cannot receive any calls or text messages. I really need roaming to work because I am in a different city and have no way of contacting anyone or get any directions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
