Hi my number hasn’t changed to my old one does it take a few days?

If you took a contract with a new sim the sim shows the number originally assigned to that sim and not your number. The only way to get the sim to show you number is to request a new sim.

Can you tell me a bit more about what's happened? Have you been trying to transfer the number from another network provider or is it between two accounts with Three?
