They said they are from 3

Is it genuine

Highly unlikely to be genuine. If in doubt contact 3's fraud people. Did you get a phone number or email address.

Hi @GD,

I've never seen an Unlimited Data and Minutes plan go for that low. Our sales teams can generally send a "What we've discussed" email that confirms the plan, allowances, terms, prices etc. If a plan seems exceptionally low compared to what we're normally advertising, I'd ask the team to email you over the details so you can have a think (genuine Three teams should already have this if you're a customer). Then you could call us back using the numbers on the website to check if genuine.

Are you certain that it is for unlimited everything ?

There is an unlimited data SIM for £5.00 per month, plus VAT, which is on Three's business website. That would equate to £6.00 per month. Are you a business customer ?
