Hi @AgentCain,

We have had a few community members running into issues with VPNs when on IPv6. Your mast may have recently started supporting this instead of IPv4 as part of the work carried out. Try the suggestions on <LI-MESSAGE title="FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection" uid="14851" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/FYI-IPv6-Prevented-VPN-Connection/m-p/14851#U14851" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE> and this may help, if you set a manual APN profile for 3internet, and use IPv4 only, then this can allow you to avoid switching to the three.co.uk APN which uses CGNAT

There's some images and a walkthrough in the replies to that thread.

Thanks,
Jonathan

City centre resident, the local 5G mast suddenly went off and I barely had any 4G, less than 1Mbps.
It took Three more than a week to fix it. Today I see that 5G is back, decent speeds (less than before) but suddenly I can't access my server or connect to my home network via a VPN server hosted on my router.
At first I thought that my connection might be going through CGNAT, but I checked the VPN settings and its on 3internet. I also checked the IP and the one reported on the browser vs the one reported by the router is the same, an indication that it probably is not CGNAT. I changed over to three.co.uk APN and sure enough, the two IPs are different.

So what gives? Could repair work on the mast be still ongoing thus I have limited connectivity? Or something else?

Seems that there's still ongoing issues as I do every now and then manage to access the server. Judging from other recent posts, others have similar issues, so Im willing to guess there's no major change and instead the network is experiencing issues.
