topic 5 G data in Network

Hi Guys I have a 3 SIM only plan which says 5G. I have a samsung Note 20 ultra which is 5G compatible. I have yet to see a 5G signal in the whole of London. Yet with an EE sim, I get 5 G straightaway in many areas of London.

Any ideas??

There is a setting in networks and you can select 5g, 4g etc or just 4g.

Are you using both EE and Three simultaneously, with one as a physical SIM and one eSIM? Most handsets only display 3/4/5G against one connection, whichever is currently active for mobile data. Or are you saying the Three SIM only ever shows 3G/H/4G?
