    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi currently have a PAYG sim with the 10gb top up for roaming in the USA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can use the data and call other Three mobile numbers but not other numbers not on Three network. I am travelling with three others and we all have the same issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If this has only been an issue since arriving in the USA, check to make sure you're dialling the numbers with +44 instead of 0 at the start. Sometimes it can cause issues when roaming if numbers aren't in international format. I'm assuming the numbers that aren't on Three are other UK numbers?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check in your settings for network or carrier selection, if this is set to manual you can test alternative providers that are in range to see if they give you service.&lt;/P&gt;
