Constant slow dpeeds and buffering

Hi! I'm at my wit's end with this is ce been with you 5 years and can't work out why for last week I'm getting 5 -10mbmb allweek..I've tried 4 different android boxes 4 different hotspots and a router and no difference same on all ..I've tried 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz no good..what's left ? Like I said it's been since Saturday!

I've attached my speeds..top speed is my mobile band with hot spot and other is your speedtest

I've used over 5oo gig of data so maybe throttling?

Even my router that's etherneted to my android box is looking me 10 mb

But if I run a speed test directly on my phone's through mobile data I'm getting 400Mb!?

Any help at all?

Phone and broadband data are handled differently and the speed of one has no relation to the speed of the other. Have you check the network status checker?
