    <description>&lt;P&gt;I topped up £10 and bought an add on over a week ago and still can’t use it. They say they have escalated it to back end but they’ve canceled and reapplied the wrong data packs, the data packs don’t work because their apparent activation date is 1960 and expired 2022. I’ve been on numerous times to rectify it and nothing, I’m told to be patient. This is unacceptable and seriously making me consider leaving Three after being with them nearly 15 years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my other (older) sim got disconnected from data services earlier and just went to re-register thinking Three would have this all figured out by now and nope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got the account registered and a £35 data addon I put on it on 30/10 has vanished and now left without data on that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, here we go again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got a text saying it's been activated and after a flight mode on/off it's back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other SIM that was "fixed" earlier in the week has now gone offline again with the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Three are really screwing this up with some style.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
