Cannot receive SMS after porting number to Three

Cannot create an account with Three and cannot receive SMS or calls, tried speaking to the so-called support on chat and after 2 hours gave up.

Whenever I call my number from another phone I just get my old voicemail from my old provider.

Received a text from three this morning to say the porting was going through, rebooted my phone and all seemed well, until my wife tried to call me.

It was suggested in chat that I go to my nearest Three shop, sorry but what the hell are sales going to be able to do?

It doesn't sounds like you've got off to a great start. I think the port in might have been delayed, or something has gone wrong with the routing.

Can you confirm if you're still having the issue as you described it before?

I am having similar problems, as you suspect the three store was unable to do anything and have spoken to various customer support who seem unable to help too. Logged a complaint as well but still not getting anywhere
