Can only receive calls from three mobiles after port

I’ve recently ported a number to three from sky, the port was successful and the number transferred however I can’t receive calls from any other network only Three mobiles.

customer services have been no help and sky have said it’s not there issue! I’ve even tried a pay phone to no joy!

does anyone have a resolution?!
