&lt;P&gt;The message you've advised does suggest that the number isn't currently connected, so as mentioned PAYG numbers disconnect after 6 months without chargeable use. You've not been in touch to change, or cancel your number? Have we sent you any texts or notifications recently that could be relevant?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, are you payg or contract? If you are on PAYG when did you last make a chargeable call as the number is cancelled if no chargeable activity for 180 days. Have you paid your bill or do you have credit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next thing to do is try customer services or live chat again and see if you can speak to someone who is prepared to work a bit harder and actually help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
