    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought 15 pound voucher so i could buy call/text/data one month pack, i try to apply after being told it was ready to apply ,it doesn't happen. Now i am left with paying by minute which is incredibly expensive, i have tried to resolve issue but nothing works and can't talk to anyone on phone, i am very stressed by this and couldn't be more unhappy, will anything resolve situation or am i wasting my time trying to sort this out?!?!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to see you're having an issue with the top up process. You mentioned that you got the voucher, but were unable to apply the pack you wanted. Why was that? What was happening when you tried to get the pack?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
