This is a community consisting mainly of customers and a couple of moderators who pop in now-and-again. If you need a puk code then you need to call customer services.

Even if we could help we could not send a text as we don't know your number. Please do not post your number here as it is a public space and all you would achieve would be to give spammets your number.
