Unable to text US Android phones with iPhone 14 Pro (purchased in US)

I am unable to send any texts (words only) to Android phones in US, since joining 3 Phone plan.

iPhone 14 Pro has 2 eSIMS - I am able to text other iPhones (US and UK) using either my US or UK phone, but not able to text Android phones with either number. H

I have restarted iPhone 14 Pro, verified that Cellular data is ON, switched airplane mode on/off, also experimented with SMS Messaging Turned on/off.
Have tried using cellular data only (switched off WiFi), and experimented with other WiFi than home broadband.
Still not able to transmit simple texts to US Android phone numbers.

Any suggestions, other than just send emails to Android phone users?

You need to Google this as there are many reports of this issue and suggested fixes.
