    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to make phone calls but I can't. Is it possible that this happened because I had not pkenty of money in my bank account and&amp;nbsp; Three couldn't withdraw. I payed in the evening providing my bank account details after I topped up my account. But I&amp;nbsp; cannot make phone calls yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that it should take up to 2 hours. However 3's systems are not the most reliable. Try turning your phone off and then on as I am sure customer services will ask you to do this. If this fails call customer services or use live chat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
