Just to check, was your voucher adding £20 of cash credit to your account, or were you adding a 20GB data add-on to your plan?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I also ask if you were&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;in the UK when you used that top up voucher code?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If not, can you let us know which country you're currently visiting?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you were in the UK, have you made use of any other chargeable services (such as competition entries via shortcode texts) that may have used up your credit very quickly?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a think and let us know.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the voucher code to top up on Monday and got a message that the charge was completed and at the same time I got a message that the charge was used up and I could no longer connect to the internet via mobile communication.&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to know the solution as I am not aware of any modern technology that allows 20GB of data transmission in less than a second!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
