Hello, Chavifrankel.

Welcome to the Three Community.

Generally stopping the contract would result in the number being cancelled. You can change the account into a Pay As You Go account. This would keep the number active without having to worry about a monthly bill.

All you would need to do is to use at least 1 chargeable service, such as sending a text or making a call at least once every 180 days in order to make sure the number remains active and isn't lost.

Hi

I've had a contract with Three for a few years. I am wondering if I can stop my contract but not lose my number and my account and then restart paying at a later date?

Thanks
