Ive been here loads of times and used my phone exactly like it is set up so it shouldn't be anything to do with numbers not being correct or anything like that. Sadly I can't even call 3 or access their online chat (when I click links off the app it won't load them). What is going on and what can I do!!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let's figure out why that is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you tell us when you took your current contract out?&lt;BR /&gt;Did you receive a welcome text when you arrived in the US?&lt;BR /&gt;What network are you connected to?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our partners there are AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile - try switching from one to the other via a manual network connection.
