&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that your husband is having issues using data. It sounds like he may have reached the &lt;A href="https://support.three.co.uk/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBISAPI.DLL?Command=New,Kb=Mobile,Ts=Mobile,T=Article,varset_cat=roaming,varset_subcat=4157,Case=obj(12332)" target="_self"&gt;fair use policy for our Go Roam services&lt;/A&gt;. Roaming is only permitted for 2 months in a rolling 12 month period. Has he received any messages to advise of a suspension of roaming services?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot access my data in europe</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband and I are travelling in Germany.&amp;nbsp; He has been here for 2 months and all of a sudden he cannot access his mobile data.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;He is being asked to sign into a network and then receives a notification that he has used up his data even though on the 3 app it says he still has over 9gb remaining.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posting this on his behalf as he has no access to his data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
