I’ve had 3 4G Home Broadband for about 5 months now and was initially happy because I was getting about 20mb download which was ideal for my usage.

Sadly the speed has deteriorated of late and I’m currently getting between 0.6mb and 1.27mb on a good day which is shocking because trying to stream on BBC iPlayer or Netflix is diabolical.

I’ve turned the router on and off and it’s still the same.

Is there anything anyone can suggest to make improvements.

I’ve looked for booster antenna but I can’t see anyway to connect cables to the ZTE type router any suggestions are appreciated.

I too have Three broadband and my speed is similar to that which you previously received. A similar situation occurred with my download speed a while back and it was put down to network congestion so unless the signal strength is low a booster antenna will be of little use.I’d check the Three status page for any issues and speak to customer service who can do a few diagnostics to ensure it isn’t your equipment. As for me my speed is now back to normal.
