&lt;P&gt;I've edited the subject of your post, as it looks like you've put a post code in there. It's best not to include info like this in public posts, and you're more likely to receive advice if the subject explains a little about the issue you're facing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would be best to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt; and check what has been ordered on our side, and also check if this order was actually directly placed by Three, or a 3rd party dealer. If you've not received what you've been expecting the team will be able to investigate this further and hopefully clear things up.&lt;/P&gt;
