If your children’s iPads connect to your personal hotspot then the issue is likely to be with your laptop. As a suggestion and if it were me my starting point would be to reset the network settings on your laptop. Three don’t and cannot selectively block devices using your hotspot. If this doesn’t sort it call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again to speak to tech support.

Is this an issue with three as my provider?

my children’s iPads connect to it no problem but my laptop will not
