      <description>&lt;P&gt;As it currently stands you can’t as there are too many variables that need to come into play;(backhaul/power supply etc) Obviously the planners at the network have a good idea but they’re not going to say as it’ll leave them open to the &amp;nbsp;(you said it’d be working by and it’s not)brigade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
