      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call customer service on +44 7782333333. Or you can use live chat to contact them. I’m assuming you haven’t activated roaming and will need to do so. Also check whether you’ve got roaming set up on your phone. Check network settings first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
