We are all aware that if you request an eSIM out of hours there is a bug that stops you receiving the email with the QR code.

Was having a play around in my account and went in to the activate SIM card option on the line, lo and behold the QR code and 4 digit pin was there hidden away.

Hope this is useful for people in the same situation.

That's an awesome shout, MZone. I've seen a few people mention having an issue receiving the email, but I don't think anyone else has suggested using the app to get the details before.

For anyone who's looking to do that, just open the app, head to Account, then Help, then Activate SIM. Assuming you have requested an eSIM already, you'll see the details that are needed for setting it up.

Thanks, MZone.

Pete.
