      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is roaming switched on in your settings? Have you got a spend cap set on your account? If so the daily £2 roaming charge won’t be able to be taken? Try doing a manual network selection and trying different networks. Failing that speak to customer support as maybe roaming is not setup on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
