topic No service in USA in Network

Hi. I'm currently in california, and can't use my phone at all. I've checked roaming is on on my account (and I've used it abroad previously pre pandemic) and that the data roaming switch is on on my phone (a Google pixel 4a). My phone just says 'no service'. This is extremely frustrating, and not ideal! Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey @Rinsewand sorry to hear about your connection troubles, that's annoying! Let's try and fix that.

First of all, can you pop into your network settings and turn automatic network selection off? After a minute or so, you should see a list to choose from. If you can switch between AT&T and T-Mobile, one of these should let you get connected.

A network settings reset may also help. You should fine the option to do that in your Settings menu, under System, then Reset options.

Let us know how you get on!

StephR
