      <title>Horrible connectivity</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Hackney in London and I get connection speeds of less than 1Mbps. I have tried my best to survive, but I don't think that I want to go through the hassle any more. I have just tested O2 and I get 70+Mbps connection at the same location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I still have 16 out of 24 months left on contract and the cancellation fees amount to £300+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to get cancellation fees waived? There has to be some sort of consumer protection option since the service is essentially not usable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
