Renewal of sim only contract

Hi folks, my 24 month sim only contract ends early July, Three are offering new customers 12gGB unlimited calls and texts for £12pcm and first 6 months half price, but renewals are £26pcm!

Anyone have any ideas on how to get the £12pcm deal or better.

Contact the upgrades team and tell them about the new customer offer they may be able to match it.

There is an offer on the Three app for 120gb for £10, and another for 250gb for £12.

You will probably have to fight tooth and nail with the upgrades team to get those deals, and, if that's the case I would suggest requesting your PAC code and see if that makes a difference.

Another option would be to move your number to another provider for a few days (on a no-contract sim only deal), then rejoin Three as a new customer and you'll then be able to get the deals that they are reluctant to give to existing customers. This may also involve using an alternative email address when you rejoin.
