    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have just arrived in France, I have purchased the right roaming data add on but my phone will not connect to the Three network at all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried turning airplane mode on and off and also restarting my phone to see if it will connect to the network but nothing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please help?!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably because 3 don't operate there. Go to your phone settings and see what carriers show up as available; one should work thanks to partnership arrangement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
